Secondary Assistant High School Principal

Roscoe Collegiate ISD is looking for someone highly motivated by innovation, collaboration, and post-secondary education opportunities for students. Roscoe Collegiate High School is a P-TECH designated campus. P-TECH allows us to ensure students are educated at all levels and trained in the jobs they will soon be responsible for. The Roscoe P-TECH model ensures our students are encouraged from junior high school through a bachelor degree on the Roscoe Collegiate Campuses!  The assistant principal will be the Safety Coordinator and Attendance officer for the district and will have various other duties and responsibilities and work very closely with the other administrators in the day to day operations of Roscoe Collegiate High School (sixth-twelfth grades).

-Work with students: one-on-one and small language intervention to build basic interpersonal communication skills as well as cognitive academic language proficiency. Work with teachers: provide insight and training on the English Language Proficiency Standards. Work with parents: provide workshops and home visits to become a bridge for parents to be comfortable at school and to become engaged in their child's education.
