As your newly named Superintendent, I am truly honored to serve the students, staff, and families of Roscoe Collegiate ISD. My heart and my purpose are rooted in one clear priority: student success. Every decision we make will be guided by what is best for our children and their futures.

I believe each student is uniquely created with great purpose, and it is our responsibility as educators to ensure they feel connected, valued, and inspired every single day. We will work together to create a culture where every child knows they belong, where their gifts are recognized, and where they are encouraged and challenged to reach levels of excellence they may have never imagined possible.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve this incredible community, and I trust that with faith, unity, and a shared commitment to our students, God will continue to guide our path forward. Together, we will build strong schools, support one another, and ensure every student thrives.
