    Roscoe Collegiate ISD is committed to ensuring that all students and parents have a fair and respectful process for addressing concerns or complaints. Students and families are encouraged to first discuss issues with teachers or campus administrators to seek an informal resolution. If needed, a formal grievance process is available, allowing concerns to be reviewed through multiple levels of administration to ensure they are properly addressed. The District strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who brings forward a concern and is dedicated to resolving issues in a timely and equitable manner.
